Once a week we butcher a side of locally raised beef from Melody Bee Farms. Raised on pasture with non-GMO grain feed (also grown by the same farmer), this tender, flavorful beef is a cut above the rest!
New varieties of pork sausages, such as our Spicy Chili Cheese Brat or the SOS ('Shroom Onion Swiss) Brat, always made fresh in house!
Enjoy smoking meat at home? We carry all the best meats for smoking - brisket, ribs, chickens, pork shoulders, and salmon. We also now carry side pork, so give making your own bacon a try! We have woodchips for smoking as well, including Hickory, Mesquite, Apple, and Cherry wood.
